Gavin Cecchini and Brandon Nimmo should both be ready to provide depth by midseason next year. Neither is an impact player like Conforto, but both should be solid players.
Cespedes has been a low OBP, 3-4 win player outside of this season and it's highly unlikely he gets any better. The mets don't need to pay big money for that type of production. d'Arnaud missed 95 games and Wright missed 125. Better health from those 2 makes up for Cespedes missing from the lineup.

I don't agree. You need someone in the lineup that scares you and No one in the Mets lineup does anything like that. Lagares is a great defensive player, but he can't hit his way out of a wet paper bag. Hopefully Wright can have a good year next year, but the spinal stenosis really worries me.
I don't have a problem with the Mets letting anyone walk, but I know what they are going to do this off-season and it's nothing. They'll let Murphy walk and then move Flores to 2B with Tejada's abysmal bat at SS.
