doesnt take a genius around here to look around at all the Goodman and Amana heat pumps going in. They are 15% cheaper than a Carrier or Trane (BTW Trane recently "sold out" and their new stuff is junk also)
Ive got a rental property with a 1958 Trane Heat Pump still rocking strong. The Goodman units on our house from 08, 2 of the 3 have been replaced and the 3rd one is making noise.  |
After Trane was bought by Ingersoll Rand their quality went down hill. I've spoken to Trane dealers that have said for their personal system they would put in a Carrier or Bryant system. Not sure how Lennox quality is right now, they used to be decent.
