Injury Update - Brett

Brett had his first physical therapy session yesterday, and for the most part it was what we expected. The plan is to strengthen the upper middle back and the back of the shoulders. The interesting thing is they did acupuncture on him as well. Not sure if this will be a standard practice on every visit or just the first X number of visits, or if this was a 1 time thing. Ultimately, the therapist said that they expect Brett can be back to full swimming in 4 weeks, and in two weeks they will want him to swim some to make sure they are making progress. Of course the season is over in two weeks, but we can take him up to the pool to see how things are going.
