This guy is talking about how he feels he has to act
in the neighborhood in which he lives. Does a white guy ever have to prepared to deal with this? To think about how he acts when he walks around his own neighborhood? Specifically to think about how to appear as non-threatening as possible so as to not risk getting a visit from the police?
I doubt a white guy ever feels that way. I certainly never have.
