** Hyperspace Slipstreams(Particles, 72 mo.) -- The next advance in hyperdrives reduces the charge-up time an additional 25%.
** Quantum Field Manipulation(Industry, 57 mo.) -- Two more levels of power plants(IV & V) are unlocked, along with one more of the 'Betharian' ones(IV). Another major economic expansion would be possible with this, of course.
** X-Ray Lasers(Particles, 57 mo.) -- The next step is standard laser technology. From Red-Blue-UV we have come. As always, 33% armor penetration, just more effective.
** Blue Crystal Capacitors/Disruptors both continue to be available and useless to us.
