I hear you, and the way the Red Sox very quickly turned into the Yankees Part 2 is a warning about the dangers of changing a long-held narrative.
Still, I imagine young Cubs fans out there and how unfair it is to have to carry the burden of having your team never win it all. Those of us in Seattle want through a really long dry period in major professional sports championships, and that was nothing compared to what Cubs fans have been through.
