This is one of those catch 22s for Smart.
If he says the roster lacks talent, yet Richt won more than he has with those untalented players, he is saying the precious staff are better coaches. If they have talent then this staff isn't coaching them properly.

I will just say this, I think this hire ends gloriously for the bulldogs. I'm just not sure if it's 2-10 or 3-9 year 3.
