General Update

Bear has come down with a pretty nasty bug. He was throwing up all day, including about every 15 minutes for 4 hours when it first started. Was still throwing up on occasion right before bed. This is really going to set him back and it comes at a bad time, right off of taper. Which means he'll be way behind when he hits the water again. While he'll still have a month or so to prepare, this may kill any shot he has at the team record in the 1000.
