I have 23 players on international duty

I make an offer of 1.1 mill for DC Tobias Strobl, in Germany, 29, who is transfer listed by request. I offer him first team, and 12k/week and they consider it.

I reject offers for Petre and Lupu.

Strobl joins us

Quick look at Strobl, He can play a ton of spots. He’s good quality. He’s good all over, from long throws to mark/pass/tack/head/jump/str to stamina and more. I expect to run him in Vera’s starting DC spot, but he also adds depth at DMC or MC as well.

For comparison:

Here’s Viera! He was muh guy my first year. He’s slower, less agile, less jumpy, less passing, less tackling, less positioning, less strength, etc. Strobl is the better class of player.

The cheaper costs of these two fill gaps for next year and increase my quality.

Antov is better than Viera. I transfer list Viera.

Antov gets his first cap for Bulgaria, and I toss him a congrats.

Romania dropped another 5 spots in the European coefficients table
