3.1 Stuttgarter Kickers(0-4-7, 7th) vs. Kickers Offenbach(1-1-9, 8th)

Here's what we need to break our losing streak. They come out in a defensive 6-2-2, with all of their best players on the right(our left) of the formation. That includes Schwarz, their best defender.

G Komolong
D Abruscia/Jager/Weibenfels/Doringer/Schulte
M Blank/Tunjic
F Jedin/Tiel/Wachter

Jedin gets to their weak side right away, takes a shot with probably a 60% chance ... and misfires, their keeper gets an easy save. *Sigh* No problem, cause they try to take up the near flank, Abruscia points out why that's a bad idea, they foul him, so we get another chance. Doesn't even get by the defender. *Slams head on desk*. They only get one long-range shot, easily stopped by Doringer, so there's that.

Fetscher in for the over-worked Tunjic at intermission. They get themselves a corner right away, and of course we lose both easily-matched battles in the box. A close-range cannon shot is at least not executed properly, but it's just out for another corner. I swear, if we lose at home to the worst team in the league ... this time we win both and Jager makes the interception. We've got a lot of work to do to get another shot on goal now though. Abruscia steps up again, coming up to midfield to make a 50-50 tackle on the guy who was holding it there, maintaining possession, then setting up Jedin who finally converts one! Easily in this case, but boy did he take his freaking time. With just six minutes left we take the lead, and another Komolong save later it's over.

First goal ever by not-Pfeiffer!

Levels - Doringer(15), Schulte(6), Wachter(5)

Jedin gets his first-ever tally and not even a mention. ROFL.
