She was the wrong hire from day one. For as much love & respect as her predecessor gets & deserves, the cracks were starting to show before she stepped down.
And I don't believe Pat's health was the reason, but rather the dramatic change in player personalities. Holly was an attempt to continue an approach that was already showing diminishing returns.
