I just picked it up, I haven't purchased OOTP in well over 5 years (probably closer to 10) so I think it's time.
Question: is there supposed to be sound when you start it up or navigate the menus? It's just totally silent. Seems crazy. I haven't started a game yet to see if I get crowd noise or anything.
