Congrats, but those charts are ridiculous. I started a diet and the chart wanted me at 140...I was 155 in high school and I played every team sport there was plus had weightlifting to support football. I was in excellent shape and I was 15 lbs over where the chart says I should be - Now. Hell, Brett, who's extremely thin and only 19 is 145...if I got that low I'd look ill...which I am - but that's completely beside the point
