Sometimes it works (Corey Dillon, Randy Moss for 3 seasons), most of the times it doesn't. If I had to pick one of the two I'd much rather root for Josh Gordon to work out, but shurg, we have the leeway, support system, and depth to take this chance. (And presumably cut him with significantly less drama and internal power struggle if he acts like a douche here.)
