Didnt know where else to post this, s I will put it here.

Just got my A1C results from the last 3 months. A normal reading is a 5.7 or under. That is a reading of 120. Normal is 80-120 for you non-diabetics.

My reading was a 6.3 or an average of 130.

That is a fantastic 3 month average if I say so myself.
