Interesting results for Bear...probably not ideally where he would like to be, but definitely better than the meet last month...

# 14 (d1/s1): B 13 & Over 200 Medley (2:03.39) - Breast leg was painful, over 40 seconds, he hasn't been that slow in breast in a while...he also coasted into the wall which cost him a couple of seconds...only posted a 2:11.13, which isn't as good as last year, but much better than the 2:14 posted last month.

# 28 (d2/s3): B 13 & Over 100 Free (51.04) - This was a good swim for being untappered (drop tappered) - he posted a 51.64, a good 2 seconds faster than last month.

# 30 (d2/s3): B 13 & Over 200 Fly (1:57.01) - A pedestrian 2:10.37.

# 38 (d2/s2): B 13 & Over 500 Free (4:41.77) - came in just over 5 minutes at 5:04.39, not great, but it's an 11 second improvement from last month.

# 52 (d3/s5): B 13 & Over 200 Free (1:45.91) - 1:52.35, a good 5.5 seconds faster than last month.

# 54 (d3/s5): B 13 & Over 100 Fly (56.40) - this was the lone event where Bear didn't improve from earlier in the year, but this swim was a pretty quick turnaround from the 200 free...so it was quite probably a fatigue/recovery issue. He finished in 58.22.

# 62 (d3/s4): B 13 & Over 400 Medley (4:11.59) - based on the poor 200 IM swim, and the fact that they wanted to get home earlier in the evening, Bear scratched this event.
