Any recommendations about where to eat with the wife and kids? Thought about the SciFi DriveIn based on prior recommendations here but it is booked that day right now. I also thought about the Prime Time 50's Diner. How is the fireworks show (Fantasmic) I have not seen that one before?

Diner is just ok. Gets the job done. I would also check out toy Story land, it is really cool.
Fantasmic is absolutely incredible. Hands down the best show we saw at Disney. It is truly amazing.
