Shades of last year with Gettelman going outside the box at 5. Damned if I know if Thomas, Wirfs, Wills, or Becton will be better, but it sure seems he could've traded down a few spots & gotten his guy + another asset. (Also what was with Gettelman putting a mask on after the pick? Is he trying to show solidarity during NY media interviews?)
