I'm sure I'm not the first to think this one. But like in 2500, there are going to be dozens or hundreds of med students in Starfleet Academy studying Kirk as Patient Zero to like 50 different STDs in the Federation.
(In case you couldn't guess, we've been watching Star Trek on Amazon Prime)
