Also I'm not the hiring guy but the guy did call about a job and I asked him to send me his résumé.
I am thinking of not forwarding it to the hiring manager just because of the grammar. For example this was one of his work experiences:

Nope. Resumes full of grammatical errors and/or misspellings are an instant pass for me.
