One of Bear's good friend's Alex (who's been mentioned throughout this journal) graduated this year and signed to swim with Iowa. It was just announced that Iowa will be shutting down their swim team. This is the second swimmer Bear swam against, who Graduated this past year, that signed to swim in college only to have the college shutter the program (the other was Dartmouth).
