Looks like the last big update from PA that dropped Trump's lead from 48k to 42k came from Monroe County, a county that was red but now finished blue (so a county close to 50/50). Biden finishes that county at 52%, +4 from Hilary 4 years ago.

ABC News shows that county at 95% reporting, but they had 14k remaining and the update was 14k.

I assumed (I know, I know) that ABC knew how many votes were left to count, but it looks like they are using 95% as "we think they are done" and 99% as "we're pretty sure they are done". Should have used 95% as the ceiling, not 99 or 100%. Oh well.

Biden might not win by 150k, but should still win..
