My rural PA county(Mercer) has shifted about 7 points towards Biden(was 28, now close to 35%) from counting all the mail in votes. Probably will end with Biden running a few points ahead of Hilary. Also good job whomever shut down the Greens on the PA ballot this cycle. I think that would have bleed away 50k or so votes, which is likely to be around the margin of victory. Dems need to figure out how to stop losing all these rural counties 75-25. I was afraid we'd fallen to that level.
