My dad went to a dream camp one time at AT&T Park. He put the first pitch from Vida Blue off the wall in left field. He didn't hit so much as a foul ball the rest of the time. The competition thing is absolutely real. My dad loved the experience, but noted that if he wanted to, Vida could have struck everyone at the camp out every single time.
