If Chris Paul didn't get vaccinated, and his team ends up losing in large part because he got COVID . . .
It will be an interesting test case. I think that pre-vaccine, fans were forgiving of players getting COVID b/c what else could you be.
Now? I don't see why fans won't blame the players 100% for it. I certainly will if/when it happens to a player for a team I root for.
