I don't know anything about who put this together, their methodologies, biases, etc., but this seems like a decent starting place:

Livable Wage By State 2021

I'm surprised to see KY at the bottom. But it also reinforces my decision to sell my Florida house at the absolute apex of the 2006 housing bubble and relocate to Kentucky.

Also, this is not based on a "family of 4" scenario, from what I can tell. It appears to be individual worker-focused.
