Cincy is not eligible and it is silly for the committee to rank them.
My thinking is Alabama (assuming they beat Georgia), Georgia, Big 10 champ, and then either a 1-loss Oregon team or undefeated Oklahoma squad gets the final spot. Guessing the committee is praying Oregon or Oklahoma loses a game to make that decision easier.
