We struggle sometimes to find good movies for a family movie night that includes 10 and 13-year-old boys and aren't part of the Marvel/Disney behemoth. So, to that end, Free Guy was a good choice.
But you know what also was a good choice (this was last weekend)? The original Blues Brothers. Good pacing, great music, and even funnier than I remembered. Had the kids doubled over with laughter. I think it helps that there's a lot of swearing, which boys of that age love, but there are also plenty of really silly set pieces, like knocking the Illinois Nazis off of the bridge, Carrie Fisher blowing up buildings, etc....
