The edits, based on reading what the (I think it was) Austin newspaper account of what they have in hand, were the entry of the shooter into the building, him making his way down the hall (peeking around a corner at one point) and a scene of him firing shots into a classroom (no students or anyone else are seen in that portion) after opening the door.
But basically the raw footage leaked to the media already, so any discrepancies will surely be publicized. They've posted, I believe, some but possibly not 100% of what they received.
(I'm not justifying the editing decisions that have apparently been made for the official release, I'm just saying that it's probably not going to result in anything remaining unseen)
