Was totally planning to eat better and exercise more as I need to lose weight. I mean, I say that every new year but felt strangely motivated this time.
Well, started off the year with a virus that's kicking my ass and that ruined that initiative. Although now I've lost 7.5 lbs since Sunday because I've barely eaten.
I guess I got a head start on the weight loss, but something tells me just getting different viruses isn't the best way to lose weight consistently.
