I DOW Somalia for their internal, minor Horn of Africa high dev Livestock province called Galkayo next to me. I call on Bengal but who knows how able they’ll be to help out.
The 8th War has begun. If I get a fast enough peace treaty, then we’ll be able to do the 9th War too.
