I haven't played in several years but, fwiw, I believe your "other hand" logic is sound.
London might have a game here or there but I don't see a path for him to become a major factor. (Hell, his coach just called out fantasy players for being concerned after he played week one without a single reception)
You'd probably be better off using that slot for streaming than to take a flyer on London
