Player of Game: SG Connor Baxter (VLNV)
It's a special night at the Wawa Arena, as a sellout crowd watches us open up a fairly close game with a dominant second half. Top five teams like Lafayette don't usually lose to anyone by 34 points.
Some really good things:
- We don't miss a free throw; we're 11-for-11 from the line.
- We record assists on 32 of our 40 made baskets. That's one assist short of our single-game record.
- Demetrius Reed steps up with the best game of his short collegiate career to date. We're going to depend on more heavily now that Charlie Lambert can't play.
- Our scoring is very well-balanced. We shoot well from long range, even though we take fewer threes (17) than usual (25.9 per game).
Record: 13-0.

The Big East is packed with excellent teams again. The ones who make it through the season at the top of the league will all be serious contenders for the national championship.
I don't think I've ever posted this table...
