The development system is completely busted last I checked. They added a development lab which is fine, but it seems to have neutered any development outside of it. Pointless to draft high school players, 15 year old international free agents are better than almost any 18 year old you draft. Bunch of other little things too.
Feels like they took a swing and making development more fun and it screwed everything else up.
