I just watched the video for the College Dynasty option in Maximum Football and, I have to say, it does look promising. I haven't been following it too closely but apparently you can run a pro universe together with a college one.
As someone who didn't get EA CF25 because I don't have a next gen console, this looks pretty decent for PC users.
