Anyone looking for a vacation home in Italy?
It really sounds appealing but I've watched some YT on people that have bought these homes. Basically, some are happy with the end result but it'll take more than $20k to renovate. I dream of buying one but deep down, I know I'd be bored living in these smaller towns.
