With Riley Leonard and Will Howard both going in the 6th round, this was probably the worst starting National Championship pair since at least AJ McCarron and Everett Goldson in 2013. 3 of the 4 final 4 QBs were taken in round 6 or later and Drew Allar is almost certainly worse but will get drafted higher.
Also, what does it say about Arch Manning that he sat behind a 7th round draft pick for 2 years.
