Crossed into Canada at Niagara and the Canadian guard ran my license, asked if I had anything to declare, and let me through. The American guard asked why I was in Buffalo since I lived in Newburgh. Then questioned my explanation of being an actor presenting shows. Finally he let me through, but returning to the USA was much more invasive than entering Canada.
