New BCS Rankings

#3 USC (9-0) - 2.25
#2 Georgia (9-0) - 2.50

#4 Texas (9-0) - 7.00
#8 Colorado State (10-0) - 8.75
#10 Notre Dame (8-1) - 9.00

***So, the Georgia Bulldogs STILL can't sneak their way into the national championship game as long as the other two keep winning. QB Larry Bostic's UCLA Bruins move into the top 4 of the BSC Standings. Notre Dame is still barely in at #10 in both polls. Michigan is #5 in both.

Here is a quick look at the remaining schedules for the top teams:

FLORIDA STATE (10-0)
13 - @ Duke
While they should win this game and go undefeated it will not help their BCS much. That is, unless they kill them!

USC (9-0)
13 - @ #10 Notre Dame
14 - @ # 7 UCLA
USC has a tough road ahead of them. Two of our teams that are in the top 10 on the road. If they find a way to win both of these games, they should get the NC on the spot!

GEORGIA (9-0)
13 - vs. #21 Florida
14 - @ #28 Georgia Tech
The team I think is going to win it all has a nice matchup with Florida and Georgia Tech. Two games that should end up in wins, an undefeated season and a spot in the National Championship game. Should be interesting to see.

UCLA (9-1)
14 - vs. #5 USC
What a story this could turn out to be. Say USC beats Notre Dame next week and comes into UCLA in the final week of the season with whoever winning that game most likely playing for the National Championship! We will see.

It is going to be intersting. All four of these teams have a shot to make it. They all deserve it but only two will get it in the end. They way I feel about it is if Florida State destroys Duke and USC beats both UCLA and Notre Dame that should be the final. If USC loses to ND and beat UCLA that makes it come down to Georgia (assuming they win both games) and Florida State.

Gotta love it!

We will go one week at a time from now on as the NFL playoff race heats up and the race for the national championship does as well.
