She's a Law student, so I'll bet her Sunday nights tend to be either study nights or boring (or both!). I'd call around 8:30 or so to ask her to lunch one day this week, then say, "so what have you been up to today." That way if she's studying you can end the conversation and you still have (hopefully) have a date, but if she's bored, you might even get to entertain her with your witty repartee. If she gave you her number, then she's at least somewhat open to the idea of you calling her. Most women still like men to be forthright in showing interest. Call her tonight!
