I'd recommend a passable coach with poor leadership for around $80k. That will leave you with a lot of seed money to buy trainees, save for a stadium upgrade, plug holes in your squad, whatever. You don't need coaching leadership until you're ready to make a serious push for promotion, and then it's cheaper to get it in the form of a player-to-coach conversion.

I fire the majority of my YPs. I'll put any that start out with at least inadequate in a primary skill up for sale, but lower than that and they get canned.

"Dola" is a reference to a poster called Dolamite who IIRC used to do multiple follow-up posts a lot.
