But in either case, something is off, whether it's the board evaluation or the AM doing it. The scouts evaluation of player talent is way off also. You might run into it if you manage to promote up, especially if you make it to the premiership.

yeah, scout's work is way bad. I don't care about them either, to the point that I simply search for players...
