Here is some information I found direct from the Geneva conventions..
Article 13
Likewise, prisoners of war must at all times be protected, particularly against acts of violence or intimidation and against insults and public curiosity.
ARTICLE 14.
Prisoners of war are entitled in all circumstances to respect for their persons and their honour.
Those are the only articles I could find that would relate to this.
I have found no mention of Media, and Im not sure if it was intended too. I am still unsure, and I dont think that the excuse that the media is state run should have bearing on wether or not this is a geneva issue.
