Yes, this is the same machine as listed earlier.
It is a new career. I did do Small database, which is probably making a big speed difference.
Honestly, at this point, I kind of wish I'd run the two Dutch divisions as well (since I'm playing in Belgium). The game goes plenty fast for me, but keep in mind that I am always watching TV while I play, which makes the delays in the game less noticeable for me.
