Is it? If I was a wolf, I'd be loving how this is playing out. All the villagers main target's are other villagers and that makes it very easy for a wolf to blend in. All the wolf/ves have to do is jump on whichever train is leaving and their is no way to tell because everyone else is doing the same thing.
