Oct 30, 2005 -

Tranmere has fired Brian Little and they are in danger of being relegated from League One. I'm tempted by this job and decide to put out some feelers to see if they are interested (despite my thoughts that I should perhaps wait a bit longer for a possible MLS opening.)

November 1, 2005 -

Reading has announced the firing of Steve Coppell and immediately announced the hiring of Stanley Menzo.

Nov 2, 2005 -

My feelers have informed me that Tranmere has NO interest in hiring me.

Nov 3, 2005 -

Tranmere has hired Mark Hateley as their new head coach.
