OK, here’s the breakdown for the Pac-10 Tournament:
Ninth-seeded Southern Cal beat eighth-seeded Oregon last night, so we’ll play them in our opener. Seventh-seeded Washington State beat 10th-seeded Oregon State, so they’ll play conference runner-up UCLA. In the other two quarterfinals, Arizona (5) and Arizona State (4) will lock up, with the winner playing us (hopefully), and Washington (6) and Stanford (3) will lock up.
Crazy things tend to happen in conference tournaments. Usually, the number one seed gets picked off somewhere along the way. We’ve got to treat every game like it’s the NCT title or we’ll get bounced… Wish us luck (and no injuries)...
