On most teams, this is most evident when the starter is, say, a 50/50 guy, and the pissed-off reserve is a 28/38 creeper. Then, I tend to take it as a signal that the young guy has some real room to grow.

Here, I'm not really sure, but I definitely do still consider it a good sign that he's pissed. For instance, none of these other 15/40 stiffs are at all peeved about sitting behind a 15/25 starter. So even if those guys are *truly* 32/32 guys underneath, they don't ever seem to get heady about it.
