Is there anyone on my team who I like to retain? Here are the folks with deals expiring in July, 2018

Ghinga is 30, Viera is 31, Fejer is 22, Burlacu is 32, and Ross 26. I am comfortable losing Ross, Fejer, Ghinga, and Burlacu without question.
I make an offer to extend Viera by one year.
I offer Tandia a squad rotation deal.
We have entered our midseason break
I plead with the board for more coaching, and after not letting them say “no” they eventually relent. I can hire another coach.
As of right now, we have low coaching for attacking, ball control, as well as just one fitness coach splitting those training sessions.
I hire Austrian fitness coach Wolfgang Striebel for 2 years. He’ll allow us to divide the aerobic and strength coaching into two sections. He has a 4 star rating in aerobic, and is just the third person at the club for offer at least a 4 star rating training (Dr. Maxi Surubaru is 4.5 stars in tactics)
Viera extends his contract.
Tandia also agrees to a squad rotation extension as well, and appears to have our previous differences behind him. His deal finishes in 2020, and extended his contract by two years.
Hadnagy finishes his first coaching course.
I go to the board and they agree to fund his next course.
I extend GK Fejer by two years.
