I think it's something like this:

cook some rice or some other side dish too
put some herbs and/or spices on the fish
oh, CAPERS too(I don't know what they are but I know that Oliegirl had me get some from the inlaws last time I was over there)
And there you have it. Now you, too, can make the best dish served in the Dixon household.

Let me clarify this recipe:
Spray a large piece of tin foil with pam (or other cooking spray), lay a piece of salmon in the middle of the foil, sprinkle generously (make sure it's totally covered) with lemon pepper, add a couple shakes of dill weed, and top with capers. Fold the foil over the salmon to make a pouch - leave room for the air to circulate. Bake at 350 for about 20-25 minutes or until salmon is flaky.
There is a yummy rice dish that is great with it, but it's time consuming to make, so I usually just make a Lipton Rice Side Dish with it. Radii loves it, and it's one of my favorites too...we are having it for dinner tomorrow night
